Ask and you get your money back. There is no form, and I do not need a reason.
I will not argue with you about €26.99. Arguing costs me more than the refund does, in the half hour it takes and in what you would think of the book afterwards, and neither of those is worth €26.99 to me.
If you ask because something on a page is wrong, tell me what and where. That correction is worth more to me than the €26.99 and more than the argument, because it goes into the next edition and every buyer after you gets it. I would rather have the correction and be down the money.
Send one line to info@outforadrive.com with the email address you bought with. I refund to the card you paid with. Stripe handles the mechanics, so it takes a few days to show up on the statement rather than a few minutes.
The window is 30 days from the purchase. After that, write to me anyway and I will very likely still do it; I just will not promise it in advance on a page.
You keep the files. Asking me to delete a PDF you have already downloaded is theatre, and I have no way to check. What I ask instead is what the licence asks: do not post the pack anywhere people can download it. The next edition is what pays for keeping this accurate, and there are 44 roads, 2026 tolls and one closure in here that took months to check.
Stripe is the merchant of record for this sale, which means Stripe charges the card and issues the receipt. If your question is about the charge, the receipt or the VAT rather than the book, Stripe can answer faster than I can, and the receipt email tells you how. If in doubt, write to me and I will point you the right way.
